Our Story

Mesquite Worship Center began in 2019 with a simple desire: to create a place where people could gather to worship Jesus freely and grow in a real relationship with Him. What started as a small group meeting in our home quickly grew as friends and neighbors joined us for worship, prayer, and Bible teaching. A core group of believers formed around a shared vision for a Spirit-filled church centered on God’s grace, the truth of Scripture, and authentic worship.

As the group continued to grow, we moved out of our home and into a warehouse space just before the COVID-19 pandemic began. Shortly after, churches across Nevada were ordered to shut down for an extended period when Governor Sisolak issued restrictions on church gatherings. During that difficult season, we made the decision to reopen and continue gathering for worship. We believed people needed hope, fellowship, and the presence of God more than ever.

God continued to bless and grow the church, and before long our warehouse location reached its limits—especially when it came to parking. As more people joined our church family, it became clear that we needed a larger space that could better accommodate the growing congregation.

Eventually, the Lord opened the door for us to move into our current location here in Mesquite. Today, Mesquite Worship Center continues to be a place where people from all walks of life can come together to worship, study the Word of God, and experience the transforming love of Jesus. What began in a living room has grown into a vibrant church family, and we believe the Lord is just getting started.
